Readymade Furniture:

We may accept returns of any furniture item under the following conditions:

  1. 1. Damage in transportation which is apparent at the time of delivery.
  2. 2. Manufacturing defect noticed within 2 days of delivery.
  3. 3. Item received differs in specifications viz, colour, size, dimensions, etc.

Please attach the photographs of the defect because it helps us in processing your request faster. Ensure that the product is in unused condition if it needs to be replaced.

Once the claim has been validated, we will either replace the damaged component or take any other measure to resolve the issue.

If the customer wishes to withdraw the order, he may do so, but no refund shall be given. We shall provide a credit note to the customer valid for a period of 90 days.

Custom-made Furniture:

We shall not accept returns of any furniture items since they are made as per your specifications. However, if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defect, the same has to be notified within 2 days of delivery.
